How to do business with us
We are required to use public sector framework agreements for goods and services where these are available. Therefore, you should consult our guide for suppliers which will provide you with information about becoming a public sector supplier.
Any open opportunities not being procured via a framework agreement, will be advertised on the Central Digital Platform, known as Find a Tender. You can set up an account to get alerts for any relevant opportunities across government. To register, please follow these steps:
- Go to gov.uk and create a One Login account (PDF).
- Register your organisation by providing necessary details such as your Companies House number (or equivalent) and registered address.
- Complete your supplier information, including basic details, economic and financial standing, and any relevant exclusion grounds.
If you would like more information about bidding and working in partnership with the public sector, please visit The Procurement Act 2023: A short guide for suppliers on the government website. For detailed information on registering your organisation on the Central Digital Platform please read Suppliers: How to register your organisation and first administrator.

Transparency commitment
To make sure we’re transparent we are committed to publishing on Find a Tender:
- details of tenders and contracts above stipulated thresholds
- opportunities and contracts over £12,000 as required
- contracts we have awarded
- spend over £25,000
Note: if you are awarded a new government contract, the resulting contract may be published. Redactions may be made to some contracts before they are published to comply with existing law and to protect national security. Exceptions may be made in accordance with Cabinet Office guidance.
Social value commitment
TPR adheres to the Public Services (Social Value) Act which requires public bodies procuring services to consider how they can secure wider social, economic and environmental benefits in their procurement activities. Therefore, we aim to deliver additional value that positively benefits the public, communities and the environment throughout the commercial lifecycle.
We automatically include specific social value into all contracts exceeding £139,600. This criteria is based on the social value model and is set out in the Procurement Policy Note PPN06/20 and PPN002/25: Taking Account of Social Value. We apply specific social value criteria to support government desired outcomes, ensuring commitments are met and pre-agreed metrics are monitored and measured throughout the contract lifecycle.
Environmentally sustainable procurement commitment
TPR is committed to reducing supply-chain emissions to deliver against our science-based net-zero target by 2050. We will work with our suppliers to understand their emissions and support them in developing carbon reduction plans. We are also likely to ask our major contracts, and those with high emissions, for evidence that they have Carbon Reduction Plans in place aligned with the government’s Net Zero 2050 target.
TPR actively works to minimise our environmental impact across all areas, including waste, biodiversity and resource efficiency. We achieve this by procuring goods, services and works that have minimal environmental impact, and by disposing of waste in an environmentally friendly way. To support this, we undertake a sustainability impact assessment for all procurements exceeding £12,000. For high-risk procurements, we include relevant environmental requirements into our specifications and/or award criteria.
Modern slavery commitment
TPR has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking.
We conduct a modern slavery impact assessment for all our procurements exceeding £100,000 and implement additional measures where appropriate. This includes requiring suppliers to complete the government’s Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT) to give visibility into the supply chain and insight into each supplier’s approach to managing the risk of slavery occurring.
We are a public body sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and as such, subscribe to the DWP’s Modern Slavery Statement with our own action plan.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) commitment
TPR is committed to providing equal opportunities for all, regardless of:
- age
- disability
- race
- gender
- gender reassignment
- sexual orientation
- marriage and civil partnership
- pregnancy and maternity
- religion or belief
We will promote equality and ensure inclusion throughout the procurement of goods, works and services. We also ensure the Public Sector Equality Duty is considered throughout the commercial lifecycle.
We carry out an EDI impact assessment for all procurements exceeding £12,000 to ensure we include the relevant requirements in our specifications and/or award criteria. Supplier responsibilities will vary depending on the nature of the goods or services, but every organisation must comply with all equality legislation.
