Sage 200 is TPR’s core financial system.
What is the value and expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are the extension options?
£57,861.66 (Total contract value including VAT) which expires on 31/03/2024. No extension options remaining with incumbent support provider.
Do you have any plans to review (upgrade/change) this system?
No, not at this point of time.
CRM
Which customer relationship management (CRM) system do you currently use?
Microsoft Dynamics 365
What is the value and expiry date of your current contract/licence? What are the extension options?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is purchased via TPR’s enterprise agreement. This was renewed on 1 July 2023 and is a three-year agreement. Phoenix Software Limited have been appointed as our Microsoft channel oartner for the next three years. Microsoft Dynamics spend is consumption based and variable.

We upgrade it twice a year as part of the Microsoft Wave upgrades.

N/A. However, Jaggaer is used for procurement and limited supplier relationship management

Microsoft Power BI.

Microsoft Power BI is purchased via TPR’s enterprise agreement. This was renewed on 1 July 2023 and is a three-year agreement. Phoenix Software Limited have been appointed as our Microsoft Channel Partner for the next three years. Power BI is licensed via TPR’s E5 licences.

TPR is a Microsoft centric organisation, Microsoft Power BI is our current and future system of choice.
