This is an information request relating to the number of staff who are contractual home workers.
Please include the following information:
- the number of staff that currently work employed by the organisation that are contractual home workers
Please also include the following information:
- the number of contractual home workers employed by the organisation in each of the last three financial years: 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022
By 'the department' I mean the core department.
By 'contractual home workers' I mean employees who have it written into their contracts that their normal working arrangements are to work from home.

I can confirm that we hold the information you have requested.
Information we are able to supply
- The number of staff that currently work employed by TPR who are contractual home workers.
All TPR staff are on office-based contracts unless they have been TUPE’d from another organisation. We currently employ 39 TUPE’d staff who are all on homeworking contracts at the end of the financial year 2021 to 2022.
- The number of contractual home workers employed by TPR in each of the last three financial years: 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022.
There were no TUPE’d staff working for TPR in the year ends of 2019 to 2020 and 2020 2021.
