I can confirm that we hold some information falling within scope of your request.
Information we are able to supply
We have used agencies to recruit temporary, contractor and permanent staff.
The total agency spend for 2021 to 2022 was:
- Temporary and Contractor staff salaries and agency fees = £4,919,315.58
- Permanent staff agency fees = £518,853.64
The breakdown requested in 1b is provided below in Annex A, and the information for 2b is provided below in Annex B.
The recruitment of temporary, contractor and permanent staff is managed through our Talent and Development Department, and led by the Talent and Acquisition Business Lead, Jenny Davie. I have provided a link to the Work for us section of our website and the contact email address for our recruitment team.
