Work out your re-enrolment duties

Question 2: Is this the first time you've been asked to complete a re-declaration of compliance?

A re-declaration of compliance is an online form for you to tell us what you did at re-enrolment.

Answer yes if:

  • you or a member of your organisation or third party completed a declaration of compliance three years ago
  • this is the third anniversary of your duties start date

Answer no if:

  • you or a member of your organisation or third party completed a re-declaration of compliance previously (eg six and/or three years ago)
